Jennifer is a highly skilled family lawyer known for her pragmatic approach and being client focused. Recognising that every case is different Jennifer works to guide clients through the process so that each client can feel confident to make the right decision for their own circumstances. 

Jennifer’s approach ensures that clients understand the choices and options that they have to resolve their family law matters.  Jennifer is committed to providing practical solutions that prioritise the interests of her clients and their families.

Jennifer has experience in negotiating and drafting binding financial agreements both before, during and after relationships. Although Jennifer works hard to resolve matters through agreement, she will vigorously represent her client’s interests where litigation becomes necessary and work tirelessly to protect their interests and the well-being of their family.

Wills and Estates

Jennifer provides advice on Wills and Estate planning, including complex estate planning and blended family arrangements. Taking the time to listen to and understand a client’s hopes and concerns in both estate planning and end of life decision making, Jennifer develops tailored strategies to ensure client’s wishes are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Jennifer understands that personal estates often intertwine with other entities such as trusts and companies which require careful consideration to preserve wealth.  Jennifer provides thorough and clear advice to give clients a range of options that suit their estate planning objectives, including charitable gift giving, testamentary trusts and life interests.

Jennifer advises on powers of attorney, medical treatment decision makers and advanced care directives, recognising the importance of end-of-life care and ensuring client's have access to all the information they need to feel confident appointing decision makers.

Jennifer undertakes probate applications and administers deceased estates to ensure a consistency of service for clients and their families. 

Jennifer also has experience representing clients making or responding to challenges to Wills and claims against the Estate. In such matters Jennifer is sensitive to the legal and emotional complexities of such claims and recognises that emotions can be heightened following the death of a loved one. Jennifer provides clients with sensible and practical advice in a supportive environment.
