After completing a law degree at the London School of Economics, Jennifer travelled to Texas to intern in a pro bono law office, assisting in the representation of clients facing the death penalty. Jennifer returned to England and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, practicing as a lawyer there until 2010 when she moved to Australia. Jennifer gained recognition of her overseas qualifications and was admitted as an Australian lawyer in 2011.
Jennifer is experienced in representing clients in pre-action negotiations and throughout court proceedings. Jennifer conducts cases in the Magistrates Court and Federal Circuit Court.
Jennifer has advised and acted in family law financial matters involving assets outside the jurisdiction, applications to prevent dealings with property and maintenance applications.
Since moving to Australia Jennifer has expanded her practice areas to include wills, estate planning and deceased estates. She has experience in wills, testamentary trusts and blended family estate planning. Jennifer has also assisted parties where wills are disputed, and has represented clients in family provision claims.
