Tash was born and raised in Sale. After completing her high school education in 2014, Tash joined Sullivan Braham’s Property Law department and obtained her Diploma of Conveyancing in 2016.
Tash quickly gained a reputation for her high standard of work with a friendly and efficient approach to clients.
During Tash’s employment in Property Law, she has developed extensive experience in dealing with the various aspects of transactions in relation to the sale and purchase of real estate including:
- Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Rural transactions;
- Property transfers;
- Plans of Subdivision;
- Plans of Consolidation;
- Section 173 Agreements.
Tash has experience dealing with both paper transactions and the PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) electronic Conveyancing platform.
Although most of Tash’s property transactions are within the Central, South and East Gippsland regions, her experience includes dealing with property transactions involving Water Rights and registered Water Shares.
Providing an excellent client service is most important to Tash. She takes pride in her work and delivers her service to clients with care, efficiency and responsibility expected by her clients.
